A* (“A Star”) powers performance by bringing together small cohorts of 6-8
Black software engineers and managers – bka Squads – with a common vision to build a community that helps one another set and achieve ambitious career goals. The result is transformational, and unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

2023 A* applications have closed for the year. Join us as a general member for the year and receive first access to our 2024 A* application!

Who’s eligible?

Simply put, this program is for people who ship code or manage others who do.
A* is available exclusively to professional and entrepreneur members of /dev/color who are currently practicing full time as software engineers.
