A* (“A Star”) powers performance by bringing together small cohorts of 7-9 black software engineers and managers – bka Squads – with a common vision to build a community that helps one another set and achieve ambitious career goals. The result is transformational, and unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.
2025 A* applications are open until November 22, 2024. If you don’t join as an A* member this year, consider joining as a general member to receive first access when the 2026 A* application opens in fall 2025!
Who’s eligible?
Simply put, this program is for people who ship code or manage others who do.
A* is available exclusively to professional and entrepreneur members of /dev/color who are currently practicing full time as software engineers.
